The
Scientific Council for Systems and Applied Sciences
(SCSAS)
The Scientific
Council for Systems and Applied Sciences (SCSAS) is an
independent privately owned consulting and training
firm. It was established to offer studies, consultations
and training in the field of administration, public
management and applied sciences (environment, fisheries,
agriculture, health,). Since its establishment ,SCSAS
has focused on three principles:
First, participatory approach
(where the client encouraged to share with the inputs),
second, mixing theory with
reality with the primer concern to strength individual
(as part by training and qualifying programs) and
third by sustainability.
One of the main goals of
our council is to bring together the know ledges and
experiences of Yemeni and non-Yemeni individuals and
firms to manage the ever-growing needs of development
works in Yemen. Fortunately the council has very good
and strong relations with governmental authorities
especially with the Ministry of Civil services, Ministry
Local Administration and Ministry Agriculture, and we
regularly been invited to provide services for
nationally and internationally funded development
programs in Yemen.
