To encourage and enhance the involvement of national
expert in development programs in Yemen.
Co-operation with national and international institutes,
consulting firms in the formulations and implementation
of governmental plans and policies regarding food
security and development programs.
Evaluation of on-going systems or organizations and then
work together with the beneficiaries to design new
options or strategies.
Re-qualifying of human resources by planning and
delivering of training programs.
Help in functioning the role of woman, civil society and
NGOs toward more and effective participation in national
food security and development programs.
