The Scientific Council believes that building relations and contacts with  scientific establishments and  academic institutions in Yemen and  abroad is the best way to deepen the sense of understanding and cooperation among them and will help to achieve their mutual goals and objectives.  As far as this matter is concerned, the council has successfully built a wide range of relation and association agreements with local, regional and international consulting and academic firms in order to provide the best and highly qualified experts to carry out its projects in Yemen.
